3 Reasons Why You Should Use a VoiP Softphone than a Phone App

In a 2015 survey ran by Software Advice, a company that does reviews of VoIP products, 54 percent of the respondents said that they are comfortable using the softphone in the office. They also affirmed that they have been using softphones on a daily basis. A softphone is a software app installed into your current phones, whether they are landlines or smartphones, to allow you to make calls through your computers.
