When VoIP providers integrated with SalesForce awhile back, solution providers outside Project Management Systems realized that it makes sense. Collaboration among teams recorded through the same system that monitors their assignments, actions, and results gave any solution an invaluable added feature. It makes end-users wonder why solution providers have not thought of it before. There are plenty of reasons why it wasn’t necessary in the past, but there are also plenty of reasons it should be done.
Lately, competitors across the board began collaborative integrations with VoIP providers and other systems such as Slack, it is now a standard must-have or be left behind.
